All authorised returns must include a Returns Authorisation (RA) number which must be clearly marked on the parcel outer.
Please contact the Returns Department for a returns form and RA number.
- Goods will not be accepted and will be returned to sender if this process is not adhered to.
- Please ensure all returned items are sent in pristine condition in their original packaging.
- Please ensure items are returned via a delivery service that obtains proof of delivery.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to check all goods for quality and correctness upon receipt. Embroidered, printed, worn or enhanced (altered) goods cannot be returned under any circumstances.
